▶ 1, What’s the different between our database prices and Digikey (Arrow or else) Prices?

Digikey prices are based on relatively fixed factory prices, many items list the price but maybe with no stock or need a very long lead time, while our database prices are quoted basing on market real time stock, It’s updated and increased with market daily RFQs and quotations.
Buyers turns to the open market, basically when or because can not get stock from Digikey in a short lead time, or because Buyers need to search a better price.
Yes, market prices can be better than Digikey prices while: 1, better price than just what YOU can get from Digikey. 2, too much stock on the market, someones are eager to sell. 3, Excess and overstock can be sold at low. 4, strategic low prices

▶ 2, Does the prices database record all quotations for the whole China market?

Our prices database is mainly updated and increased with market daily RFQs and quotations.
As you may know TBF or ICSource’s TOTAL daily RFQs is just around 2000-3000 items
(3000 items / 3 sellers or more ≈ 1000 items (didn’t minus non-stock items yet) ) * 300 days * 10 quotations ≈ 3 millions quote prices
We list 30 millions prices, so the parts you need probably could have been recorded in our price database.

Broker is just broker, quotations from a large number of brokers basicaly will be excluded in our price database.
Experienced local china purchasers usually know which companies truly have own stock or better prices or quality, and will surely inquire with several suppliers to compare prices too.
And based on historical prices records as a reference, purchasers will definitely continue trying to increase and improve some new & better quotation records.
Then thus, our prices database will surely record almost all the typical prices for all different conditions parts(such as DC, QTY, Packaging, Quality … etc)

Anyway, you don’t have to worry about our database may miss some good prices at all, as there is still us can help you to make the final confirmation.

▶ 3, Why there are so many different prices for a same part number?

Prices can be different because of many reasons: different Mfg/brand, DC newer or older, different available qty, pulled refurbish or new original quality, nice or not very good appearance included packing method, lack of or sufficient stock, different terms, different suppliers with different profit demands, different period of time…all will affect the price. A same supplier may quote 2 or more different prices at a same time, even just next seconds.
Anyway, it won’t be that difficult to to estimate the best price in the face of big data.
And our service is right to help you to get the best one.

▶ 4, Are all prices correct? All for new original? Can I place an order directly at the list prices?

It’s hard and nonsence to falsifying so much prices. There are some prices maybe indeed incorrect due to some carelessness, some prices may change rapidly due to market fluctuations, but we guarantee that all prices are absolutely 100% quoted by the suppliers themselves. and we have also listed all the suppliers name, it won’t be hard to verify it.

There are customers asked why not list all the parts’ full conditions(such as total available QTY, New Original or Refurbish…)?
It’s not us that don’t be willing to list all the details, as many suppliers will prefer to only quote a price first while you brings no any feedback. Also we have to avoid any doubtful quotations may causing you problems too.
So, you’d better send a inquiry request for us to double check and confirm it before your order.

▶ 5, Why many prices are with no supplier information listed together?

It’s not we don’t list it, some suppliers just told not want be listed, as to keep their initiative in pricing, though it does not affect the authenticity and referenceability of the corresponding prices.

▶ 6, Why i searched several LED, capacitors, resistors items but with no results?

Although our database tries to contain all electronic components and semiconductors prices, but indeed, more inclined towards integrated circuits / chips, diodes and transistors. And more popular more hot parts will have more prices records.
